Kakababu is a fictional character of the famous Bengali writer and poet Sunil Gangopadhyay. The real name of Kakababura is ‘Raja Raychaudhury’. The character is a middle-aged retired and physically handicapped person, yet he is a brave and learned man. So we get Kakababu’s Partner Crutch in all the stories. And this crutch was sometimes used as a weapon. Kakababu was the advisor to the CBI or Central Bureau of Investigation for some time. His nephew Santu alias Sunanda Roy Choudhury and his friend Jojo are seen to be involved in many adventures. Most adventures happen due to visits to various places in India or abroad.
